General Conditions:
The reservation is only confirmed after your payment upon booking through our payment methods by PayPal, Bank Transfer or MBWAY. We reserve the right to consider the reservation without effect if you do not complete the payment.
The price of the stay includes the following services:
- Check-in after 2pm / check-out at 12:00
- Early check-in has the extra cost of 12€ per person and includes breakfast. Available on request and needs confirmation.
- Buffet breakfast between 08h00 and 11h00;
- Welcome drink;
- Collection of teas and other local delicacies 24h;
- Access to Wine & Honest Bar;
- Access to the pool and outdoor lounge area;
- Beach Towels and Hot Springs;
- Concierge service available according to reception hours;
- Offer of 1h of use of 2 electric scooters and 2 bicycles;

Cancellation Policy
April to September: Non Refundable
October: Cancellations must be made 15 days prior to check-in date. Any cancellations made after this period will be charged 100.00% of the total reservation amount.
November to March: Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to check-in date. Any cancellations made after this period will be charged 100.00% of the total reservation amount.
